Cannot login azure in msa account with 2fa code.

When I login azure account. The authorize code require 6 digit code. But my authenticator only have msa 8 digit code. Can anybody recover my account?

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.
