If you're experiencing issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app on your new iPhone where it sends codes but they are not visible in the app, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

    1. Check Notifications: Ensure that notifications for the Authenticator app are enabled on your iPhone. Sometimes, if notifications are turned off, you may not see the codes.
    2. Respond to Pending Notifications: If there is an unanswered passwordless phone sign-in verification pending, it might prevent you from seeing the codes. Open the Authenticator app and respond to any notification prompts.
    3. Reinstall the App: If the above steps do not work, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the Authenticator app. Make sure to back up any necessary information before doing so.
    4. Use Verification Codes: If notifications are not being received, you can use verification codes instead. This can be done by selecting the option to receive a code via SMS or email if available.
    5. Contact IT Support: If the issue persists, it might be beneficial to reach out to your IT support for further assistance, especially if this is related to work access.

These steps should help you resolve the issue with the Authenticator app not displaying codes on your new iPhone.
