When I sign in to my account and select the Skype Dial Pad I get a message that I "don't have any active paid products right now" but I do have Skype credit. How do I access the Dial Pad?

I just received a notice that my Skype credit will expire in 7 days, but when I sign in to Teams and access my account selecting the Skype Dial Pad does not take me to the Dial Pad. Instead a message appears "You don't have any active paid products right now" and an option to "go to Teams" or "Access Your Account" Neither takes me to a dial pad nor shows me the amount of my credit. How do I get to the dial pad to make a call?
