Hey people

I'm trying to do a self-driven enrollment on an Asus X515 machine but during the ESP, it throws an error on "Registering your edevice for mobile management (6, 0x80192f76).

I can't seem to find anything related to this so I'm reaching out here...
I've imported a list of X515 machines in Autopilot and the profile is assigned to a device group to which the machines are added.

I've done some research with regards to TPM 2 but afaik the machine supports this (applied the most recent bios update).

The machine is stuck in the OOBE without support for command line so there's basically nothing I can retrieve on log or so.

Hopefully you guys can sort this out with me.

Many thanks in advance already!

@hans swolfs Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

Based on my experience, Autopilot enrollment has User-Driven mode or Self-Deploying mode, there is no Self-driven mode.

For this error message, it is general and it is needed to analyse deeper logs to find the root cause. With Q&A limitation, it is better to create an online support ticket to get more accurate help. It is free. Here is the support link:

    Thanks for understanding.
