Hello,

My Microsoft account has been hacked and I urgently need manual recovery.

  • The hacker changed the primary email without my permission

They removed my phone number, removed my passkey, and added their own identity verification app

Because of this, I cannot pass two-step verification

The normal recovery form (ACSR) does not work because 2FA is controlled by the hacker

I still have an active login session in the Outlook app on my laptop, which proves I am the legitimate owner

I need manual identity verification and for you to restore my original email and remove the hacker’s security methods

I can provide old passwords, previous security information, devices I used, email subjects, folder names, and purchase history if needed.

I keep getting send around via Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper but it never let me move on to manual support

anyone who can support to Please escalate this to an account recovery specialist as soon as possible.

Thank you.

    Hello, M S.

I recommend contacting a Microsoft support specialist in a live chat. To do this, log in to your profile (which is available to you) on the page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com

In the search bar, type (without quotes) "agent support" and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile questions" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page, enter your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window will open in a new tab. Wait for the operator to respond and explain the situation.

Note. The chat is available during business hours and on business days according to US time.
