If your Microsoft 365 and Office subscription is not showing after the motherboard replacement, it could be due to the change in hardware. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Your Microsoft Account: Ensure that you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account that has the subscription associated with it. You can check your subscription status by visiting the Microsoft 365 account page.
    2. Reinstall Office: Sometimes, after significant hardware changes, reinstalling Office can help. You can uninstall Office using the Microsoft 365 Uninstall troubleshooter, then reinstall it from your account page.
    3. Run the Activation Troubleshooter: If you are still having issues, you can run the Microsoft 365 activation troubleshooter to help resolve any activation problems. Make sure you are using the same Windows device on which Microsoft 365 is installed.
    4. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance, especially if the subscription was included with your device or if there are any entitlement issues.

Make sure to have your purchase information handy when contacting support for quicker assistance.

    Hi @Ankita Engineering

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I noticed your post is tagged under the Business channel. To better support you, could you kindly confirm: Is your subscription Microsoft 365 Personal/Family (paid with your personal Microsoft account), or Microsoft 365 for work (license assigned by your organization)?

In addition, could you please provide a bit more detail:

    • Which license are you currently using? You can check by visiting https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony and selecting Subscription in the left pane to see if your license is listed there.
    • When you say “the subscription of Microsoft 365 and Office I have is not shown”, do you mean it’s missing from your account page, or that Office apps are showing an error?
    • In Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook), do you see any error messages such as “Unlicensed product” or “Subscription expired”? If possible, please share a screenshot (with personal details hidden) to help me investigate further.

Please understand that our initial response may not fully resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, I’ll do my best to research and provide the most suitable guidance or steps for you.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your reply!
