facing login issue with power bi profrssional account

Question

<Mod remove PII image file>

the first mail id (<Mod remove PII> @ .onmicrosoft.com) is my professional email created for powerbi.
if im trying to do login , it is bring back to login page only .
What's the problem i cannot findout ?
