The minidump log indicates that the cause of the BSOD is "nvlddmkm.sys" which is an NVIDIA driver.

Uninstall the current graphics card driver using DDU tool, go to the nvidia website and search for the driver before the last one released, download and install it.

I removed the driver using ddu and installed a new one, but it didn't help

    Hi вадим толоконников,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

The latest driver version is not always the best. Please try various versions if possible.

In addition, your GPU may not be stable with current frequency. Please navigate to its manufactural website to download the tool to underclock GPU core and GPU memory to see if the issue is gone.

You may also want to run GPU stress test with applications like FurMark, GPU Caps Viewer, OCCT.

Disclaimer: Microsoft provides no assurances and/or warranties, implied or otherwise, and is not responsible for the information you receive from the third-party linked sites or any support related to technology.

In case your GPU fails stress test even after underclocked, then you probably have hardware issue.

I hope that above information is helpful to you.
