I am running a startup and recently applied for the additional $5,000 in credits but when I check my verification status I only see that my startup could not be verified. I'm search for additional information but I couldn't find a way to submit a ticket and all I've seen from other questions is that someone has to come on and manually approve it. I'm not sure what my next actions can be to help verify my startup.

Hello @Quinn Karpowitz It sounds like you're having a tough time with the verification status of your startup for the additional Azure credits. Unfortunately, there can be some hiccups in the verification process, but there are steps you can take to get things moving again. Here’s what you can try:

Check Verification Status: Sign into the Azure portal and select "Check verification status" from the homepage. This will show you any specific issues that may have arisen during the verification process.

Confirm Your Details: Make sure that you have provided all the necessary information for verification, including your business address, registration details, and a brief description of your startup. You might need to ensure these details are correct and complete.

Allow Some Time: Verification processes can take up to seven business days, so it’s good to wait a bit if you’ve only recently applied.

Reach Out for Support: If you can't resolve the issue through the portal, you might need to create a support request. You can do this by going to Help + support in the Azure portal. Even if you haven't set up a subscription yet, you can still request assistance on managing your subscription.

Manual Approval: If your verification is not progressing, sometimes it involves manual intervention from support, so reaching out can be crucial.

Consult Resources: Check out the Microsoft for Startups page for more information about eligibility and the verification process.

Hope this helps get your situation sorted and let me know if you need more help!
