I signed up 2 years ago for a Visio 1 Plan. I have since forgotten the details used to create that account, it is not listed under my Microsoft account. I receive invoices and it seems that I may have setup a business account somehow, I do not have any business. I would like to cancel this subscription. Thank you for any help.

To cancel your Visio 1 Plan subscription, you will need to access the Microsoft 365 admin center. Since you mentioned that you might have set up a business account, it is possible that you need to identify the account associated with your subscription. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Identify Your Account: If you have forgotten the account details, try to recover the account by using any email addresses you might have used to sign up. You can use the Microsoft account recovery options available on the Microsoft website.
    2. Access the Admin Center: If you manage to recover the account, log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    3. Cancel Subscription: Once logged in, navigate to the Billing section and select Your products. From there, find the subscription you want to cancel and follow the prompts to cancel it.

If you are unable to access the account or need further assistance, consider contacting Microsoft Support for help in recovering your account or canceling the subscription.

    Dear @John Ruocco,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand you would like to cancel a Visio Plan 1 subscription, but you’re unable to locate the account it was originally created with.

To better assistance, could you please provide the following information via Private message.

    • Do you recall any email address (personal or work/school) that might have been used to sign up for Visio?
    • Do any of the invoices reference a company name, tenant name, or a domain (for example, name.onmicrosoft.com)?
    • Are the invoices sent to a specific billing email address?
    • Please share the Invoice ID from one of the billing emails or invoices you’ve received for Visio

Once we have this information, we can locate the subscription and guide you through the next steps, including cancellation or account recovery if needed.
