If you are being billed for a Microsoft 14-day trial, it is possible that your trial has converted into a paid subscription. After the trial period ends, if you do not cancel, Microsoft may automatically start charging you for the subscription based on the plan you selected during the trial sign-up. This could explain the charges you are seeing, including the increase to $22.39.

To resolve this issue, you should check your Microsoft account for any active subscriptions or billing information. You can also review your invoices and payment history in the Microsoft 365 admin center to see detailed information about the charges.

If you believe you should not be billed or if you want to cancel the subscription, you can do so through your account settings.
