Getting back into my Entra Account

I have been locked out of my account going on a month now.. I am an accountant, and tax season is about to ramp up. I have called multiple phone numbers and chose so many different options using the AI operator that was not helpful at all and I suggest Microsoft to actually get real people to help resolve these types of issues ( but profit over people, right?). Not to mentionMicrosoft took money out of my account with no issue.

Anyway, I would like to get help getting back into my account that I am locked out of. I put in a ticket a few days ago (6 business days), and I still have not received a response. How do I actually get in contact with the Data Protection Team or even the Commercial Support Team? How can I get them to get in touch with me? I need to get into my account ASAP
