Hi,

What does deviceEnrollmentType = userEnrollment stand for? This is an iPhone and we have no iOS User Enrollment configuration.

Thanks

@Samuel Eng , User Enrollment is created and designed by Apple to facilitate an enrollment and management scenario for Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD). That enrollment and management scenario requires Managed Apple IDs. Those Managed Apple IDs are used to create an additional user identity on the device and can live perfectly alongside personal Apple IDs. Actually that’s the main idea. It creates a clear separation between personal and company data. During the enrollment a separate volume is created on the device that contains managed versions of Apps

We can check if we have configured Enrollment types in Intune and if user get screen with user enrollment. Here is a link with the detailed information:

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

    Hope it can help.

Thanks for your answer! At the same time, we don't have any iOS User Enrollment configuration (see image). So "User Enrollment" must have two meanings?
