How long does "pending publish" take for google business profile migration? It's been two months.

I migrated my Google Business Profile to Bing Places using the official import option. The profile was successfully submitted; however, it has remained in “Pending Publish” status for two months with no approval or rejection.

After contacting Bing support, I was assigned a representative who advised that the issue would be resolved within one week. Since then, the resolution timeline has been repeatedly extended on a week-by-week basis, and it has now been over three weeks with no progress, updates, or clear explanation.

Despite following all requested steps and providing accurate business information, the profile is still not published. This ongoing delay has affected my business visibility and online presence, and I am seeking a clear resolution timeline or escalation to finalize the publication of my Bing Places listing.

How can I find a quick resolution?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I'm afraid that in this case your best bet would be to continue dealing with the representatives at Bing Support. Perhaps try asking if there's a reason for the extremely long delay in getting published. Maybe it's something with the file that could be adjusted on your end if you knew what it was.

Thanks for letting me know. You may want to ask them for an escalation considering the amount if time it's taking for you.

Oh that's unfortunate. This does sound like an internal issue that's happening though and you'd need to continue dealing with the person you have been. In the meantime though you may want to consider asking them if you can cancel that posting and then try again to see if that would speed it up.
