Please can you help. I pay for a Microsoft 365 account under a gmail.com account. I seem to have inadvertently got two accounts going, a free one with my Hotmail email account and my paid one with my Gmail account. Is it possible to merge them please? I'm using storage on the free account and it should all be against the paid account. Please help, thank you Hannah

It is not possible to merge two Microsoft accounts, there is no method provided for that, open the Settings App, then go to Accounts - Your Info, which Microsoft account do you use to log into Windows, is it the free account or the Microsoft account used for the Microsoft 365 subscription?
