how's it goin' dude, did you get it fixed? I had the same error code thing happening recently. Seemed like my performance was way slowed down too. I ended up factory resetting the damn thing like 5 times before I could get it to work properly. In case you haven't been able to do anything with ur bugged system, I will share what I ended up doing. (I'm no expert though). I have a Dell Inspiron tower PC. On the latest update things seemed to get a little glitchy. I had also been experimenting with Command Prompt, so that probly didn't help. It did get to a point where the computer would turn on and just be an unlockable lock screen with a power and accesibility button on the bottom right.

But I wanted to tell you about the Windows Recovery Environment. If you have a Dell and haven't deleted the recovery partitions on the HDD then SupportAssist OS Recovery will be another tool you can use to get your PC running again. Just have the computer completely turned off, turn it on, and then right after you hit that on switch press the F12 key on ur keyboard rapidly for as long as it takes until the Boot Menu comes up. Its a special Menu for special occasions such as these hahaha. If the F12 key doesn't work you may have to try doing the same with the F8 or maybe even F2. Try all the F buttons. I'm pretty sure F12 will work just fine though.

In the Recovery Environment you may be able to keep some of your files. There's usually an option to transfer them over to an external HDD or USB. Then either Windows or the PC's Manufacturer deployable will Factory Reset the PC, reinstalling everything it needs to run properly and erasing everything else. I like to start over sometimes.

Oh yeah, the mistake I was making after doing the reset, was I kept going to the Dell website and downloading their "Critical" drivers and the recommended ones too. And Windows Update continued to be super buggy. On the final time I reset there were a few things I did differently. First, I did not give my computer permission to connect to the internet automatically. You have to let Windows connect to the internet for it to finish installation, but I kept the box unchecked so Windows would have to ask me for the Wifi password every time it wanted to make a download.

Then there are a few Windows Updates that take forever. now what I did here is every few minutes I would run the Windows Update Troubleshooter (this is after the reset was finished and I was in the OS). The troubleshooter is in Settings>System>Troubleshoot. It seemed to kinda push the updates along and maintain the integrity of the updates. And I think the main reason my PC is back to normal is I did not go to Dell to "Update my drivers". Windows will take care of that. I just finished reading about how updating drivers can corrupt Windows. So yeah not gonna update any drivers till I have an issue to be fixed.

Anyway, Take care, and Good Luck!
