If you are encountering issues with resetting your Microsoft Partner Center password, you can try the following steps:

1. On the Sign-in screen, click on Can't access your account? and then select Next.
2. Choose Work or school account.
3. Enter your user ID along with the characters displayed in the picture or audio, and then click Next.
