To resolve issues with logging in to your account on multiple devices, follow these steps:

    1. Verify User ID and Password: Ensure that you are entering the correct user ID and password. Double-check for any typos or extra spaces when typing your password.
    2. Reset Password: If you are certain that your password is correct but still cannot log in, consider resetting your password. You can reset your password using your security information if your global admin has enabled this feature. Alternatively, you can contact your administrator for assistance in resetting your password.
    3. Account Lockout: If you have attempted to log in multiple times with the wrong password, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait for a while before trying again.
    4. Check for Password Expiration: If your password has expired, you will need to reset it. You can do this by signing in through a web browser and following the prompts to reset your password.
    5. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reach out to your organization's IT support or Microsoft support for further assistance.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve your login issues on the devices connected to your account.

    Hi @MassBay Home Care, Inc

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand you’re experiencing issues signing in to Classic Outlook with your business account on multiple devices, where it shows wrong password even though the password hasn’t changed.

To help narrow down the cause, could you confirm whether you’re able to sign in successfully via Outlook on the Web (OWA)?

-If OWA fails, this points to an account or security issue.

-If OWA works, the problem is likely with cached credentials or the Outlook client.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1.Clear cached credentials

    -Open Credential Manager in Windows.

-Remove any stored Outlook or Microsoft 365 credentials.

-Restart Outlook and try signing in again.

     2.Repair Outlook profile

    -Close Outlook.

-Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Select Microsoft 365 Apps > Click Change > Choose Quick Repair.

-If the issue persists, run an Online Repair.

    3.Recreate the Outlook profile

    -Close Outlook

-Control Panel > Search Mail (Microsoft Outlook) > Click Show Profiles > Click Add > Create a new profile > Set Always use this profile.

    Open Outlook and sign in.

4.If Outlook continues to show wrong password after creating a new profile, the issue may not be with Outlook itself. In that case, please contact your IT administrator to check whether your account has any sign-in restrictions or blocks applied.

    I hope this helps.
