Microsoft is allowing Phishing and scams in the ADs portion of Outlook. This is NOT acceptable.

Why is Microsoft allowing Phishing (and potentially other malware) in your own ADs portion of Outlook? I'm not talking SPAM here or just regular email, but in the CURATED ADS that are delivered in the first one or two lines of Outlook for Windows...that are delivered by Microsoft?
My payment can't fail because I don't have McAfee, neither is Defender a McAfee product. Therefore, both of these ADs are BS.
