Firstly, I apologize for this very silly issue but I need help or someone I can contact for assistance. I have subscribed to multiple Microsoft Office personal packages over the years and have canceled when I didn't need them, but there was one which I missed and I cannot find the user account to cancel said subscription. I have the email address attached to this subscription, but it is my old school address and there is no subscription attached to this address/account. When I searched through the FAQ, I managed out through one of the links that I had 5 user accounts attached to this email address. My fault of course that I didn't keep track, but I would greatly appreciate it if someone could lend a hand and help me or direct me to a customer service agent to manage this mess I made.....Thank you in advance!

To resolve the issue of canceling a duplicate subscription from an unknown user account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Identify Your Accounts: Since you mentioned having multiple user accounts linked to your old email address, try to gather information about each account. You can check if you have access to any of them by attempting to log in with your old school email.
    2. Contact Support: If you cannot find the subscription or access the account, it is best to contact Microsoft support directly. They can help you identify the accounts associated with your email and assist in canceling the unwanted subscription. You can find support options in the Microsoft 365 admin center or through the Microsoft support website.
    3. Provide Necessary Information: When you contact support, be prepared to provide details such as your old email address and any other information that might help them locate your account.
    4. Check for Self-Service Options: If you can access any of the accounts, you can manage your subscriptions directly in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Look for the subscriptions section to cancel any that you no longer need.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue with your duplicate subscription.

Hi Bamberg, Since your account is linked to the school, it would be better if you get credentials from the school. Second option is to contact Microsoft and ask them.

Please get in touch with Microsoft Support for further help.

    Please go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus page

Type the ""Chat with someone"" option and press Enter.

Please click on the ""Contact support"" button at the bottom.

Select the Product and Category for support according to your requirement.

The available support methods will be shown to you.

This forum is a user-user support forums, and I am afraid we do not have access to accounts.

I hope you find this information useful. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Otherwise, please take a moment to accept the answer. Wishing you good luck!
