Why my device disappeared from My Microsoft account after a fresh installation of Windows 10 Home?

I was signed in to the device with my Microsoft account and admin privileges. I dowloaded and ran Media Creation Tool and exectuted a fresh Windowd instalation in a way that all previous data was lost, as that was what I was after. The devoice is quite old an after along time it did not run any more as expected. After the fresh installtion the device is running normally, yet it is no longer visible in My Microroft account.

Would any one know how to fix that?

    Hi,

    This is a known issue with the Devices page in Microsoft account where devices may disappear after a clean installation. Some users suggested it could be related to a computer name conflict, while some suggested this happened after a BIOS update. Microsoft has acknowledged the problem and stated that a fix is being worked on. However, since it has persisted for several months, it does not appear to be a high priority. Unfortunately, there is currently no action we can take on our end, so we will have to wait for Microsoft to roll out the fix on this. In the meantime, you may check this thread and this page for additional details.

    Dear Paulo,

    Many thanks for clarifying the issue. As the computer was registered for prolonged updates afterwards, it looks like the information about it still exisrt somehow, yet not shown on the portal.
