I have spent hours trying to get my account back. (not this one). I believe a hacker deleted my account or did something to it. It says my account exists and doesn't at the same time. I have tried time and time again to get ahold of support and it sends me to a robot that says that account issues i have to figure out on my own, and sends me to a website to sign in. the problem is, i can't sign in because it says my account doesn't exist. My cards are attached to the account and I have some owned games on said account as well. I'd like to be able to recover it some how but microsoft makes it near impossible to talk to an actual human being. please, someone reach out. I need help with this and Will continue trying to fix this issue.

If you are unable to sign in to your account and suspect that it may have been compromised or deleted, here are some steps you can take to attempt recovery:

    1. Verify Account Existence: Ensure that you are entering the correct email address associated with your account. You can try signing in at https://login.microsoftonline.com/ to check if your account is recognized.
    2. Account Recovery: If you believe your account has been hacked or deleted, you can use the account recovery tools provided by Microsoft. Go to the account recovery page and follow the prompts to recover your account. If you can't sign in, look for options that allow you to recover your account without signing in.
    3. Contact Support: If the automated support is not helping, you can try reaching out to Microsoft support directly. You may be able to create a support ticket without signing in, which can be done through the Partner Center support page. This might allow you to explain your situation to a human representative.
    4. Security Information: If you have set up security information (like a phone number or alternate email), you may be able to use that to reset your password or recover your account.
    5. Documentation: Be prepared to provide any necessary documentation that proves your identity or ownership of the account, especially if you are trying to recover a Microsoft account that has financial information attached.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, continuing to reach out to Microsoft support may be necessary, as they can provide specific assistance for account recovery issues.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Based on your description, your Microsoft account was indeed compromised. The hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address, which is why you received the error message "account doesn't exist" when signing in.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
