I have verified that I have two MS 365 subscriptions and only need one. I want to cancel the subscription and MS account associated with [mod: PII redacted]@comcast.net and retain the MS 365 subscription and account associated with [mod: PII redacted]@gmail.com. Then I would like to install MS 365 family on the old PC to facilitate data migration and OneDrive.

To resolve the issue of paying twice for Microsoft 365 subscriptions, you can follow these steps:

    1. Cancel the Subscription: You can cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription associated with your @comcast.net account. To do this, go to the Microsoft 365 admin center, select the subscription you want to cancel, and follow the cancellation process. If you have an MCA billing account, you can find detailed steps here.
    2. Retain the Other Subscription: Ensure that you keep the subscription associated with your @gmail.com account active. This will allow you to continue using Microsoft 365 without interruption.
    3. Install Microsoft 365 on the Old PC: After canceling the unwanted subscription, you can install Microsoft 365 Family on your old PC. This will facilitate data migration and OneDrive setup. Make sure to sign in with your @gmail.com account during the installation process.
    4. Data Migration: Once Microsoft 365 is installed, you can use OneDrive to transfer your data from the old account to the new one. You may need to follow specific steps for data transfer, which can include moving your email, contacts, and files.

If you need more assistance with the installation or migration process, consider reaching out to Microsoft 365 Support for additional help.

    Hello

If you have data stored in OneDrive with the comcast account, log into https://www.onedrive.com to download them

    Then Please go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your comcast account. Then go to Subscriptions. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

On the old PC, Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the gmail Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.
