Outlook wont get current mail ?

Do I need OUTLOOK mobile on my phone to get outlook - Hotmail to download my mail? I'm not getting current mail at all ....or is it the version I'm using on my pc wrong?, and where is the version located ?

Please confirm whether you have received and can see all the latest emails in your Hotmail account in Outlook on the web.

And may I please know whether you’re having this issue on the Outlook app for Android or in the Outlook desktop app on your PC? Or are you using the default email app, such as Gmail, that comes with your Android device?

If you can see all your emails online, you can download the Outlook app for Android from the Google Play Store and check whether your new emails appear there as well.
