Get Item action is throwing an error when I try to retrieve the SharePoint site or list. Status 403 - Error from token exchange: Permission denied due to missing connection.

Connection is green. Account being used has Full Control access of the site and list.

I have switched with another account and still the same problem. What else can I try?

Nothing has changed with the account I have been using.

The error you're encountering, "Permission denied due to missing connection," typically indicates an issue with the authentication or permissions associated with the connection used in the Power Automate flow. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Reauthorize the Connection: Sometimes, the connection may need to be reauthorized. Go to the connections in Power Automate and try reauthorizing the SharePoint connection.
    2. Check Permissions: Even though the account has Full Control access, ensure that the permissions are correctly set at both the site and list levels. Sometimes, permissions can be affected by changes in the SharePoint site settings.
    3. Check for Conditional Access Policies: If your organization has implemented Conditional Access policies, ensure that the account being used complies with those policies. This might include being on a compliant device or being connected to a specific network.
    4. Create a New Connection: If reauthorizing doesn't work, try creating a new connection with the same account and see if that resolves the issue.
    5. Contact Administrator: If the problem persists, it may be beneficial to consult with your SharePoint administrator to check if there are any underlying issues with the SharePoint environment or if any recent changes could have affected access.
    6. Check for Token Expiry: Ensure that the authentication tokens are not expired. Sometimes, refreshing the tokens can resolve such issues.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the error further and potentially resolve the issue with the "Get Item" action in Power Automate.
