key redeeming issue of office home & business 2024

Question

I am not able to redeem my office home and business 2024 key. I am trying to install in my MacBook Air m4. it goes upto page where option for download for 64 bit and 32 bit shows. then after choosing 64 bit it shows service not available . how can I activate my key?

Which edition of macOS are you using? Office 2024 requires Sonoma, Sequoia or Tahoe.
