1/ Could you provide more information about the e-mandate you mentioned for this subscription? Additionally, since the e-mandate with SBI is a banking service, I recommend contacting the bank directly so they can assist you promptly.
2/ Do you have access to the Microsoft 365 admin center?
To stop the monthly ₹954.03 deduction, you’ll need to complete two steps:
- Turn off auto-renewal in your Microsoft 365 account (so Microsoft stops sending payment requests).
