    Please can you try again with signing up. I have seen others having issues signing up to Azure this morning. Having a look at the service health, found here: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Health/AzureHealthBrowseBlade/~/serviceIssues, there are no alerts at the minute.

    If you are still facing issues, please can you let me know what region you are based in?
