Dear all,

Need help! under Mircosoft Edge, I can't remove the old user profile, I had follow all the instructions to log in the old profile, select "remove" and clear all data saved "all time".

After restart my computer, the Edge still shows my old profile under "account" no matter what I do, I can't remove the memory on my PC. even someone asked me to delete the "user" info under C drive, as well as under windows "account", but never able to completely to remove those information. What shall I do?

because of that, I check on Teams, same happened, now I have to uninstall Team completely and never use again.
