Has anyone with developer support subscription getting no ability to submit a ticket to Microsoft?

I’ve been battling for the past two weeks to submit a single support ticket with Microsoft and have received zero response. The main issue is that we cannot submit any support requests through the Azure Portal at all.

Has anyone else experienced an issue where Microsoft effectively blocks you from submitting support requests, even though you have an active paid support subscription?

We do have a paid support plan, but for the last two weeks we’ve had no ability to use it whatsoever. This is becoming critical.

I’d be very grateful for any pointers, workarounds, or escalation paths that others have successfully used.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Vlad Logvinov

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

For Azure Support Plan- Developer, the support ticket gets created with us Microsoft Q&A Team. We will do our best and engage backend engineering and product team if necessary.

Can you please let us know your issue? or post the issue as a Q&A post and our team will help you resolving the same.

For other support plans, the ticket gets routed to other teams.

We can have Private conversation over this thread. I have initiated one here.

And if necessary we can escalate and engage product and engineering team by taking this issue offline/internal. If you have any other plan than Developer, It will be routed to different route.
