How do i contact the Microsoft / Outlook Support?

I got kicked out of my Outlook + Xbox Account and when i want to log in back, it requires me to put in my Phone Number for Security Reasons but everytime i do that, it says Error

i don´t have any other option to login without my phone number

the microsoft support requires you to be logged in...sooooo yea here i am with a new account

how do i contact a real person there and not some Phone AI?

    1. First, please fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery form (ACSR)

    • Go to: https://account.live.com/acsr
    • Enter your locked out email and an alternate email where Microsoft can contact you.
