I am trying to log in to Microsoft Learn with my personal account (******@hotmail.com) . However, I am unable to sign in. The sign-in process keeps repeating itself. Every time I log in, I am returned to the sign-in screen. I do not see any error messages. I have no problems logging in to other Microsoft services such as Outlook. I already tried:

  • Different laptops
  • Different browsers.
  • Cleared all cache and cookies
  • My work account is logging in without problems
  • tried different networks
  • turned VPN on and off

This problem has been going on for 3 months. I contacted the microsoft service desk already 3 times but without succes... I really hope some can help me.

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with signing into Microsoft Learn. Since you've already tried various troubleshooting steps, here are a few additional suggestions that may help:

    1. Check for Account Verification: Sometimes, accounts may require additional verification steps if they haven't been used for a while. You might need to resolve any verification issues through the Microsoft support site.
    2. Use a Private Browsing Window: Since you've cleared your cache and cookies, try logging in using a private or incognito window in your browser. This can sometimes bypass issues related to stored data.
    3. Browser Compatibility: Although you mentioned trying different browsers, ensure that you are using the latest version of browsers like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, as older versions might have compatibility issues.
    4. Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with the login process. Try disabling any extensions temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
    5. Firewall or Security Software: Check if your firewall or any security software is blocking the login process. Temporarily disabling them might help identify if they are causing the issue.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, it may be beneficial to reach out to Microsoft support again, providing them with the details of the troubleshooting steps you've already taken.
