Connect new Surface book to contacts

New Surface book and windows 11 need to load contacts. Please help ASAP.

1. Where are your contacts currently stored?
   • Outlook / Microsoft 365 account
   • Outlook.com (web)
   • Microsoft Exchange
   • Another service (Google, iCloud)
2. Which app are you using to view contacts on your Surface Book?
   • Outlook (Classic or New Outlook)
   • Mail & Calendar
   • People app (Note: People app is deprecated in Windows 11)
3. Are you signed into the same account on your new device as before?
   • Check under Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts
4. Is your account a personal account or business / work / school account?
5. Did you previously back up contacts (PST, Exchange, OneDrive)?

Once we know these details, we can guide you with the right steps to sync or import your contacts.
