Issues with Creating a Podcast in Copilot - Suspended my account when I was simply entering the information Copilot was telling me to enter

I was creating a podcast with Copilot. It generated it no problem, I asked it to change the accent and make the flow of the podcast more moderate and smooth versus so high pitched. All was good until it started giving me errors saying we couldn't talk about it when I simply replied "yes", then it was telling me it understood my frustration to simply type certain phrases to tell it so I could get the results I needed and it would tell me we couldn't talk about that. This happened multiple times, even though I was following the directions Copilot was giving me. Then I received an error message saying I was suspended for an hour. I did nothing wrong!!! I am so frustrated and upset. I paid for copilot just to be able to have the podcast capabilities because I am an auditory learner and needed to be able to control the level of voice and tone, to help with my processing and hearing abilities. When I asked to adjust the voice and tone, that is when the errors started.
