How do you change the default font and font size for emails created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM? I tried changing the browser font size and font but it still has Segoe UI with a size of 9. I need it to default to Arial 10 per our company's standards. I would like it to default so I do not have to do it manually on each email I send out.

To change the default font and font size for emails created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, follow these steps:

    1. In the email editor, locate the Rich text editor toolbar.
    2. Select the option to set the default font and size.
    3. In the User Personalization settings, specify your desired Font (e.g., Arial) and Font Size (e.g., 10).
    4. Click Ok to apply these settings.

Once set, the application will default to the specified font and size for all emails you create, eliminating the need to change it manually for each email.

If the default settings do not appear as expected, it may be due to your administrator's configurations or permissions. Ensure that you have the necessary roles and that the feature is enabled in your organization.
