The documentation says I should open a ticket to do this, since my database was by default set to a "periodic" backup mode, but the flow to open a ticket for this simply ends and there is no way to open a ticket to request this, despite being on the "developer" support plan. Copilot says I should be able to do this with the developer support plan but I can't see how.

    Hi Nik Gauvreau

As discussed, we have completed the restore operation using the earliest available backup snapshot for your Cosmos DB account. The restored instance is now available in your Azure Portal under the same subscription.

Please review the restored account and verify whether the required data is present. You can proceed with migrating or copying any data you need from this restored instance.

Once your validation is complete, please remember to delete the restored account to avoid any additional charges.

Important note: Some settings are not automatically restored and may need to be reconfigured, including:

    Firewall and network rules
    Analytics configurations
    Stored procedures, triggers, and UDFs
    Multi-region settings

Let me know if the restored data looks correct or if you need any assistance with the next steps.
