Hello,

My account was charged twice for the MS365 Office subscription and I would like to cancel the Jan 12th order. On Jan 9th, 2026 I installed MS 365 on my laptop and after installing on my device, I was receiving a "Renew" message in my MS application (Word Excel, etc.). After doing a cold and warm boot to get my application to renew, I selected the register again to see if it would work and allow me access to my applications however it charged my cc again on Jan 12th.

Please refund me the $283.50 to my visa account as this was a charge in error on Jan 12th, 2026 and furthermore, it is a greater amount that I paid originally for the special offer I redeemed on Jan 9th, 2026.

Thank you for your attention to this concern. please do not hesitate to contact me atr <PII removed> or <PII removed>gmail.com.

Sincerely,

Shafeek

PS: It was very difficult to get to this area of getting this billing payment addressed. On the subscription page, the cancellation option did not allow me to select the Jan 12th and simply said it would cancel both subscriptions to MS365 instead of the one in error. Furthermore using your phone system was extremely frustrating. It would be great to have an AI agent to speak with and have someone contact me to ensure customer satisfaction.
