@Rukmini

Hello,

I am the global administrator for my Microsoft 365 business tenant. My account is: ****II.onmicrosoft.com

I lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app and I do not have any backup authentication methods configured.

Because of this, I am completely locked out and cannot sign in to the admin center. When I try to sign in, it only asks for the Authenticator code and there are no other available options.

I need help with MFA reset for my global admin account.

I can verify ownership of the tenant through: – billing information (I pay the Microsoft 365 subscription) – company information – domain verification (instalacijeleko.onmicrosoft.com) – phone number – alternative email

Please escalate this to the Microsoft Data Protection / Account Recovery team.Hello,

Hello Ivan,

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to re-register MFA.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
