Microsoft 365 Copilot Retrieval API errors with Authorization Failed - User does not have valid license

When trying, using the Graph Explorer to call the https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/copilot/retrieval endpoint, I keep getting the error: "Authorization Failed - User does not have valid license"

Permissions should be fine:

License should be properly assigned to the user:

Note: I assigned first the "Microsoft 365 Copilot Business" license and thought this might be insufficient for the retrieval API (assumption, can anyone confirm?). Yet with the "Microsoft 365 Copilot" license assigned, still the same error.

Tried as well in new incognito Browser window, same effect. I gave it about 30 minutes to re-try, still nothing.

Retried a few hours later and can confirm the error is no longer present. It likely required some time to propagate. I can also confirm that both Microsoft Copilot 365 and Microsoft Copilot 365 Business are working correctly.
