Hi Rodney,
Thanks for reaching out I completely understand how important it is to have your invoice after making a payment and I’m sorry it didn’t arrive by email. You can easily download a copy from your Microsoft account.
First sign in at account.microsoft.com using the same Microsoft account you used for the purchase. If you have more than one account, make sure you’re using the correct one linked to this order. Once signed in go to Payment & billing and select Order history. This page will show all your purchases and subscriptions.
If you don’t see the order right away, adjust the date range using the “Ordered within” dropdown to include the timeframe when you made the purchase. When you find your Microsoft 365 Personal order click Order details.
From there you’ll see an option to Print or Print / Tax Invoice which will open a printable version of your invoice. You can then print it or save it as a PDF. In some regions the VAT or tax invoice may take a little longer to appearusually between 48 hours and 5 days after the payment is processed. If you don’t see the tax invoice link yet check back after that period.
If the order doesn’t appear under your signed-in account it’s possible you used Guest Checkout. In that case use the Guest Order Lookup option in the same Order history section to retrieve and print your invoice. If you run into any issues or still can’t find the invoice, let me know and I’ll guide you through the next steps.
Regards,
Marcelo
