    Hello @Mariza Salazar ,
    My apologies for what happened.

Your laptop can’t be tracked directly by you because Microsoft’s Find my device only works with personal Microsoft accounts, not work or student accounts or organization‑managed Windows Pro devices, which is why you’re blocked by the license/account type. If the laptop was issued by your employer or school and enrolled in Intune/Entra ID, only the IT or security team can attempt to locate it and remotely lock or wipe it. If you had also signed in with a personal Microsoft account and find my device and location were enabled before the theft, you can try checking via your Microsoft account devices page; otherwise, tracking isn’t possible. Regardless, you should immediately secure your data by changing passwords, signing out of active sessions, disabling the device in your work/school account, and reporting the theft with the serial number and details.
