licenses purchased not on account with applications downloaded

Hello,

I need technical support regarding the subscription support. I purchased microsoft Office Home 2024 from Costco last week and installed it with the serial numbers l successfully last evening. I spoke with Costco technical support today as the applications are not recognizing the purchase and the licensce on the account and I cannot get them to sync up and the technical person at Costco said I have to contact Microsoft for support. my license number was I think successfully downloaded to my new Mac Book Air Pro if you need the license number please let me know. Hi! For your security, please don’t share your product key here. If you redeemed the key with a Microsoft account, sign in with that same email address and password and check your order history at account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If you don’t see the redemption, it’s likely the key was redeemed on a different Microsoft account. If you do see it listed, please share a screenshot, make sure to hide any personal information.
