I received an email stating my subscription had lapsed, I need a new one because of the change in Windows to 11, which I already have. I paid $99 in August and they now want to charge me $19.99 per month. BTW it also states I've run out of storage, I can receive emails for 19 days, but can't send. So my email and storage have been taken.

    Hello

Can you tell me where exactly were you told to buy another one? In the app, or in an email?

If you paid for a subscription in August 2025 for a year, you should not be required to buy another subscription unless there has been a change to your account or subscription type. Common reasons for being prompted to purchase another subscription could include changes in billing frequency, cancellation of previous subscriptions, or if you are using a different subscription type that requires a new purchase.

To resolve this issue, I recommend checking your account details and contacting Microsoft 365 Support for clarification on your subscription status and any billing issues you may be experiencing.
