I cant sign in to my outlook email

Hello,

I have had an account on Outlook for more than 15 years.

Yesterday, I received an email indicating that my account had been accessed by someone in Colombia. This action logged me out, and since then, I have been unable to log back into my account. I kindly request your assistance. I cannot reset my password as I no longer have access to my previous cell number. All my bank accounts and credit cards are associated with this account, and I urgently need to regain access. Is there anyone who can assist me?

I would be immensely grateful for your help. I was unable to sleep throughout the night. I have attempted every option available to reset my account, but it seems I have forgotten my security question and account information.

    Also, please try searching for the account using these steps from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c Click on "Search" and follow the instructions provided.

    If you receive any error messages, such as “account doesn’t exist” or anything else, please let me know.

    To help you regain access and secure your account, please follow these steps:

    1. Reset Your Password

    • Go to https://account.live.com/password/reset and select Forgot password?
    • If you still have access to any recovery method (email, phone, or Authenticator), enter the verification code to set a new password.

    2. Use the Account Recovery Form (ACSR)

    • If you no longer have access to your old security info, submit the Account Recovery Form at https://account.live.com/acsr.

    Note: Updating security info may trigger a waiting period of up to 30 days.
