This is so wrong. How can I get my money back? I saw my bank, and they said to ring that number. I rang it, and it's saying it's not connected. I rang up god knows how many times for days and days and days and nothing. Please give me back my money, please. I do not even need Microsoft 365; I already have my professional office CD, and it's on my computer and works perfectly. My grandfather once said to me, " Don't fix what's not broken. 3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account. 
4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Manage my subscription" as the category, and click to confirm 
5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
