Hi Roger Allan,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.
Since this is a public forum, we will hide your personal identifiable information, and I have sent that image of yours containing your personal identifiable information in a private message so we can work together to resolve the issue. Also, please check your private message in case you want to share another screenshot to avoid leaking your PII by click on the Private Message button right under your first post.
Your Bluetooth devices is hidden on Device Manager indicates that devices were disabled or disconnected.
- Enable them to see if it works.
- Check your BIOS if Bluetooth device was disabled.
- Turn off your laptop then hold down the Power button for at least 10 seconds, your laptop will re-initiate devices and may recognize the Bluetooth device.
If above steps cannot help, then you probably have hardware damage. It could be the wireless card, Bluetooth chipset, or the connector both from wireless card and motherboard. Please send your laptop to Dell service center for further assistance.
I hope that above information is helpful to you.
