Scheduling availability for specific days on MS Bookings

Question

I would like to assign 30 minute appointments in increments of 45 minutes, on two separate days as opposed to a date range. If I set a range, or one individual day, it works fine, but if I add a second, the increments revert to 30 minutes.

Any ideas?
