I need to get something in place to send out alerts when users create mailbox rules. There is an option to send alerts for forwarding rules, but I need to detect rules like "move to conversation history and mark as read". I've found a few forum posts showing how to do this, but they all point to options that no longer exist in defender/exchange/purview/compliance. The rule shown in this thread https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/microsoft-365/setup-alert-when-user-creates-a-new-inbox-rule/319734 by Mikhailmol is exactly what I am looking for, but seems to no longer be available.
