Registering devices with Intune for management and policy enforcement
I am trying to login to admin.microsoft.com, but when I do, I get an error code stating that iprole.com "isn't in ur system"

I am in the process of updating from Windows 10 machines to Windows 11 machines (new computers). The tech guy who is doing the on-boarding asked me to login at admin.windows.com to add him as a user. While I can login to my Microsoft 365 account, I cannot login when I go to admin.windows.com. Each time I try, I get the following error code: iprole.com isn't in our system. Make sure you typed it correctly.
I've tried calling four different customer service numbers which all direct me back to the web. I've done everything that I found on the Microsoft web pages.
How can I fix this problem? Please advise ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out. Kindly help me answer these questions.- What exact email address are you using to sign in, and when prompted do you choose Work or school account (not Personal)?
- Does your account currently have an admin role (Global Admin or User Admin) in Microsoft 365, or can anyone else in your company access admin.microsoft.com?
- Can you sign in successfully to https://myaccount.microsoft.com with the same email?
- Was this email ever invited to another Microsoft 365 organization as a guest, or is it possible your account is a Guest instead of a member?
