Question

is there a phone number i can call to talk to a person? I need to upgrade my 2 accounts to pro and consolidate them as well, 3 computers total. Thank. you

If you are the admin in your organization, you can manage user accounts from https://admin.microsoft.com.

However, it is not possible to merge consumer and business accounts, if that is what you are asking. These are kept separate.

To contact Microsoft Support and speak with a person, you can follow these steps:

1. In the search bar, type "Get Help" and open it.
2. Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.
3. Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom.
4. Choose the Products and services for which you need help.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent.
6. Alternatively, you can select the "Call me back" option and complete the information so they can call you.

For phone support, you can find the most current support phone number for your country/region by visiting the global phone numbers list provided by Microsoft.
